MANAGEMENT

The management of the association shall be vested in a committee constituted as follows:

   President - The Principal of the school

   Treasurer- The Treasurer of the school

Members elected by the General Assembly of members are:

            Two Vice Presidents-( Resident and Non -Resident)

  One from among Old Boys residing in Yercaud and 

  One from  Old Boys residing outside  Yercaud. 

  The Non-Resident Vice-President may or may not 

  attend the Committee meetings.

        A Secretary

       An Assistant Secretary

       Eight committee members

Whenever and wherever needed, interim vacancies may be filled up by co-option by the remaining members of the committee.

As far as possible all the elected members shall be residents of Yercaud.

The Committee shall have power to fix from time to time such expenditure as may be necessary for the management of the Associations. Extraordinary expenditure will be incurred with the approval of the Committee.

When calling a committee meeting the secretary shall send the agenda a week in advance.

Any decision to be arrived at must be taken in the presence of a quorum of 5 (five)

The President shall preside at the Committee Meeting and in his absence the Resident Vice-President. In the absence of the President and the Resident Vice-President , the Non-Resident Vice President shall preside at the meeting. In the absence of the President and Vice Presidents, the remaining Committee members shall elect a Chairman from among themselves. 

Each committee member shall have one vote. The Chairman shall have the casting vote in the event of equality of votes in all matters, say matters relating to admission of new members and appointments of  Sub-Committee (s)

Committee members not attending 3 consecutive committee meetings shall cease to be members of the committee if the reasons for their absence are found to be unsatisfactory by the committee.

The School Chaplain will be Chaplain of the association.

"The Link" is the publication of the Association and of the school. It shall be published annually. It is left to the President of the Association in his capacity as President of the association and as Principal of the school to form an Editorial Board to safeguard the interests of both the association 

and the school.

Henceforth, the Link will not be supplied by the association. Desiring members may get it directly from the school on payment fixed by the school.
